Whether you choose a quick 25-minute session for targeted relief, or a 55-minute full-body reset, you’ll experience improved flexibility, reduced stiffness, and lasting recovery benefits.
25-Minute Stretch Session $80
Focused, efficient stretch designed to target key areas where you carry tension. Perfect for a midday reset, post-workout recovery, or when you’re short on time but want the benefits of assisted stretching.
55-Minute Stretch Session $125
A comprehensive, full-body stretch experience tailored to your individual needs. With more time, your stretch specialist can work deeper into muscle groups, address mobility imbalances, and leave you feeling looser, lighter, and fully restored.

I grew up in the UK and moved to North America in 2009. As a passionate runner, cyclist, yogi, and outdoor enthusiast, I'm deeply committed to getting the most out of our bodies. This means not only focusing on performance but also promoting recovery post-workout and prioritizing prehab over rehab through stretching techniques.
My specialty lies in sports body prep, particularly for runners and cyclists. Whether it’s skiing, hiking, or camping, I’m always chasing adventure in the great outdoors. No matter the season, you’ll find me running on Kelly Drive in the mornings or pacing one of Philly’s many races, including the marathon.
