My approach to training is centered around movement quality, long-term health, and helping people feel confident in their bodies again. With a background in sports medicine, rehabilitation, and performance training, I focus on building strong foundations while meeting clients where they are physically and mentally. Whether someone is returning from injury, trying to move better, improve strength, or simply feel healthier day-to-day, my goal is to create practical, individualized programs that are sustainable and results-driven. Members can expect a supportive but accountable environment focused on education, consistency, and real-world progress.
