Aquatics

Aqua Fit: A high-energy class focusing on strength and cardio. Utilize water weights, push plates, and kickboards in this fun-filled class for all ages.

Barre

Barre: Blending barre, cardio, and toning exercises, this class uses ballet- and Pilates-inspired moves to give you a full-body cardio and strength workout.

Hot Mat Barre: Mat-based barre, cardio, and toning exercises give you a full-body cardio and strength workout in a heated environment. Temp 90-100 degrees Fahrenheit.

Strength Barre: Combines elements of dance, Pilates, and yoga into one workout with an extra emphasis on strength-building.

Boxing

Boxing: Train like a professional, practice the punches, and work hard, while refining boxing fundamentals and conditioning.

Boxing Fundamentals: Open to all skill levels, focusing on the foundational elements of boxing including striking, stance, and footwork.

Kick + Boxing: Features a full body burn in the boxing studio utilizing gloves, bags, and pads.

Cardio Kickboxing: Combines the benefits of strength and cardiovascular work. Burn calories while also strengthening the lower body. No gloves are required.

Dance

Dance: Dance sessions that are designed for low-impact cardiovascular training in a fun and energetic environment.

Dance Sculpt: Features a hybrid of dance choreography, cardio exercises, and weight training set to music to keep your body in constant motion.

Zumba: Includes the hypnotic rhythms of Latin and international music to allow you to lose yourself in the music and find yourself in shape.

Cycling

Cycling : Ride in unison with the beat on state-of-the-art Stages Spin bikes. Tap back, sway, and crunch during the ride and sync up with your instructor and other riders, while you focus on the beat and enjoy the energy of the music.

Cycling- theme ride: Combines rhythmic riding, fun playlists, and ever-evolving themes.

HiiT

HiiT: Interval-based strength and conditioning workouts in our largest studio space, spanning 2,400 square feet, with plenty of natural light. The workouts feature ski ergs, bikes, slatted treadmills, and all the necessary bells, ropes, and strength equipment.

HiiT Cardio: Features all the benefits of high-intensity intervals with an extra emphasis on cardiovascular work.

HiiT Strength: Features all the benefits of high-intensity intervals with an extra emphasis on strength work.

Pilates

Pilates: Pilates classes are designed to sculpt lean muscle, improve postural alignment, and increase flexibility. Classes are more similar to a Classical style rather than Power Pilates.

Pilates Mat: Includes a full body workout that challenges your core using Pilates-inspired mat exercises to lengthen and straighten.

Pilates Reformer:Features Open Level classes (unless otherwise specified) that utilize a Merrithew Max Reformer and weights, balls, or rings.

Pilates Reformer- Athletic:Offers a total body workout designed to enhance strength, flexibility, and overall fitness using the Pilates reformer, as well as props. This class incorporates more intense exercises that challenge the entire body and includes a blend of cardiovascular conditioning, core stability exercises, and muscle-toning movements.

Pilates Reformer& Tower: Features Open Level classes that will utilize a Merrithew Max Reformer + Tower.

Pilates Sculpt: Includes a workout on the Reformer and/or Tower as well as some light weights designed to tone and sculpt lean muscle

Hot Yoga

Hot Yoga: Includes several versions of Yoga, offered in our heated studio. Temp. @ 90-100 F

Hot Hatha Yoga: Features a 75-minute version of the hot yoga 26x2 series - 26 postures, 2 breathing exercises. This class is for all levels and is also great for individuals working on correcting posture imbalances.

Hot Power Vinyasa: Emphasizes the sequential movement between postures, coordinated with and guided by deliberate breath. The Vinyasa practice becomes a moving meditation that creates strength, freedom, and fluidity in the body and mind.

Hot Yoga 26: Offers a regular series of 26 yoga poses and two breathing exercises. The heat will warm the muscles in preparation for the practice, produce an effective sweat release, and invigorate the circulatory system.

Hot Yoga Flow: Features active flow sequences and a fast-paced style of yoga focused on improving strength and endurance.

Strength

Strength: Includes various class modalities designed to build strength via modifiable intensities.

Balance Training: Will improve body awareness, coordination, joint stability, and reaction time.

Gentle Strength and Conditioning: Increase strength and mobility through targeted low impact exercises.

Stretch+Strength: Features the ability to work on dynamic stretching, recovery, mobility, and weight training exercises.

Weight training: Total body workouts designed to reshape and strengthen muscle in a scalable way for each individual's level.

TRX

TRX : Features the original bodyweight, portable training tool that helps build strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability for all fitness levels.

Turf

Turf : Offers functional training exercises on our 30 yards of turf space outfitted with sleds, tires, kettlebells, ropes, and more.

Yoga

Yoga: More than just a powerful way to relax, these classes offer a complete workout for both the body and the mind.

Align & Flow:  Features a form-focused yoga class that takes you through a guided flow of poses, synchronizing your breath with traditional movements.

Functional Yoga: Incorporates knowledge from physical therapy and yoga to enhance mobility, increase flexibility, and reduce pain. Expect functional and accessible movements that move you in a variety of ways and in all directions.

Hatha Yoga: Features movement and breath alignment while setting the foundation for a restorative practice to unwind, reduce stress, and reset your body and mind.

Slow Flow Yoga: Offers a restful practice focused on slowing down to nurture your body and recharge your mind. Restorative postures promote deep and conscious relaxation.

Vinyasa & Vinyasa Flow:  Provides a creative form of yoga where poses are linked with the breath in a set or flowing sequences. The beauty of Vinyasa yoga is the variety.

Yoga + Meditation: Features yoga postures combined with guided meditation for all levels.
