Stretch - This class will improve strength and flexibility with an emphasis on yoga postures and breathing.
Stretch & Renew - Reduce the presence of unwanted stress in the body and mind as you stretch your body from head to toe with slow deliberate movements that allow the body to become energized and the mind relaxed. For all levels of fitness.
Vinyasa Yoga - An active class emphasizing the development of strength, flexibility, balance and grace through the use of Vinyasa postures linked through the connection of breath with movement. Intermediate / Advanced Level.
Yoga Blend - In this class there is a mix of styles, with a concentrated effort on breathing and stretching, utilizing postures from Ashtanga and Hatha Yoga. For all levels of fitness.
Yoga Stretch - This class will improve strength and flexibility with an emphasis on yoga postures and breathing. For all levels of fitness.
