Spinning is a group stationary cycling experience led by a specially trained instructor. This integrated system of “energy zone” classes, taught on a specially designed bike and set to motivating music, offers a complete cardiovascular training program. For beginners and seasoned athletes these classes will help strengthen and tone both body and mind.
If you enjoy spinning, then a Sporting Club membership may be your best friend. Spinning classes are offered every day with multiple classes on the busier days. The Sporting Club also features virtual spinning bikes during the off-hours. Since other Philadelphia spinning studios charge upwards of $20 per ride, it’s no surprise that this is one of our more popular group fitness options.
