Cardio

Cardio training is any activity that employs the use of considerably large groups of muscles in a continuous and rhythmic manner throughout certain periods of time. There are many benefits that may be reached with cardio training. Aside from strengthening and raising the level of endurance of the heart and the lungs, cardio training also helps burn unwanted fats and calories.

Class Descriptions

Bootcamp

A military-style class, you will be taken through speed drills, floor exercises, and cardiovascular exercises.  Bring your fitness level to the next step!

15 min. workout

This is an intense 15 minute total body workout that utilizes free motion and your own body weight.

30/30 workout 

Mixing a 30min Low Impact with weight training will give you a great cardio challenge as well as get your muscles toned.

Cardio Kick Boxing

This class combines the benefits of strengthening and cardiovascular work.  Burn maximum calories while strengthening and toning the lower body.

Cardio TKO

A class designed by a professional boxer trainer.  Non-stop cardio drills to reach peak performance!

Dancer’s Body

Want to have the physique of a dancer?  This is your workout!  Lean, toned muscles, flexibility, coordination and a fierce attitude!

Interval Training

This class focuses on cardiovascular conditioning and strengthening using the rebounder, weights and more. Classes vary between 30 and 60 minutes.

Jump rope, core & more 

30min non-stop work, challenging class that incorporates jump ropes with core work.

Light touch LI

A low impact cardio challenge that is suited for all fitness levels.

RAW

45 minutes of non-stop work.  2 minute bouts of jump rope mixed with weights and abdominal work.

Tai-Fit & Abs

This cardio kickboxing class works the entire body, especially the cardiovascular system.  Burn calories and strengthen your body.

TRIPLE XXX

A 30-minute class on the 3M track, it will work your entire body. This class includes lunges, agility drills, speed work and military style calisthenics. Be ready to work hard, burn and sweat in this class!
