Racquetball & Squash
Improve your strength, stamina and coordination on our multiple Racquetball and Squash courts. You can participate in free clinics, seasonal tournaments and lessons with local pros, all the while serving yourself a fun way to work out. Courts can be reserved at the front desk.

Swimming
Swimming is a great way to increase your strength, stamina and flexibility while easing pressure on joints and lower back. And it’s even easier when you’re using our 25 meter Olympic sized heated indoor pool. Members can sign up for Aqua Fit aerobic classes and Master swim lessons with our professional staff.
