Step Instructor

The Sporting Club at the Bellevue is seeking Group
Fitness Step Instructors. Instructors must have a
minimum of 2 years teaching experience.
 
Our facility has a very successful history of stability
and growth, which includes a professionally staffed
and highly successful group fitness program supported
by two large aerobic studios, a private yoga studio,
a private Spinning studio, and a private, state of
the art Pilates studio.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND CHARACTERISTICS:
•	ACE or AFAA certified
•	Minimum 2 years teaching experience
•	Current CPR certification
•	Energetic, enthusiastic, and motivational disposition
•	Excellent verbal communication, instruction, and promotional skills
•	Excellent customer service skills, professionalism, discretion, and appearance
•	Excellent dependability and reliability.
	Scheduling availability to teach weekend classes

ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•	Conducts state of the art Step classes
•	Maintains current required certifications.
•	Maintains current CPR certification
•	Adheres to club policies and procedures
•	The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and possess a solid understanding of Step Class programming and delivery. In addition, we seek an individual with strong customer service skills.
•	Only those that possess the above stated certifications and can teach weekend classes should apply.
