Member Service Coordinator
The Sporting Club at the Bellevue is looking for energetic,
passionate, career minded individuals that are interested
in joining our successful and exciting club management team
on a full time basis. Our 90,000 square foot facility has a very
successful history of stability and growth.
The Member Service Coordinator is primarily responsible for providing excellent customer service at the front desk and
pro shop area as well as supervising the Member Service
Agents. Additionally, the Member Service Coordinator will
handle Operation Manager responsibilities as assigned.

| ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: |

Trains, schedules and supervises the Member Service Agents
|
| • |
Directs Member Services operations ensuring a friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, and consistent staff performance |
| • |
Significant percentage of weekly work hours (35 40) spent performing the function of a Member Services Agent as scheduled by the General Manager. |

Utilizes proper customer service techniques in handling members, staff, guests, superiors, and owners efficiently and with respect utilizing excellent people skills (eye contact, accommodating tone of voice, and needs assessment) |

Maintains accessible contact to Member Services staff to insure that all scheduled member service hours are covered specifically in the case of an emergency or staff “call out” |

Insures Member Services coverage as per established expectations. |

Possesses the knowledge and ability to perform all the tasks and responsibilities of an Operations Manager and does so as directed by the General Manager. |

Conduct monthly Member Service departmental meetings. |
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and prepared to be a major contributor to a member service-oriented organization possessing strong customer service skills.
*Health benefits, paid time off, Salary - $30,000 to $33,000
